Fastest: the Beej Mantra widget

There's a floating "Beej mantra" pill in the bottom-right of every page in the app. Tap it, pick a category, and send. Feedback lands directly in our team channel and gets triaged same-day.

• Vibe check — general how-does-it-feel.
• Feature — something you wish the app did.
• Bug — something is broken. Screenshot helps.
• Correctness — a reading that doesn't match your chart. This is the most valuable feedback.

Email

For anything more detailed, or for grievance/privacy/security matters, email admin@kalatomlabs.com. Please include:

• What you were trying to do.
• What happened instead.
• The URL and (if possible) a screenshot.

Response times

• Beej Mantra submissions — reviewed within 1 business day.
• General email — reply within 2 business days.
• Grievance — 24-hour acknowledgement, 15-day resolution (see the Grievance Officer page).
• Security disclosure — 48-hour acknowledgement.

Common questions

How do I edit my birth details?

Go to the Me tab, tap the pencil icon on your profile, correct the details, and save. The chart recomputes; your conversation continues in place with the corrected placements.

How do I delete everything?

On the Me tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete everything. This wipes your local data and signs you out. If you signed in, your backend account still exists — sign back in to restore, or email us to fully delete it.

Why does my chat sometimes say "Restoring your chart…"?

Backend restarts can invalidate a session. The app tries to recover automatically — for signed-in users it hops to your most recent session, for anonymous users it creates a fresh one from your cached birth details. Chat history for anonymous users may be lost in that case.

Can I use it in Hindi?

Yes. The language toggle is at the top-right of the header. Switch mid-conversation and the assistant follows you.
